Bio:

Taring has been a staple on the steps to the shrine of Ralishaz for decades now. He was educated at the Grey College and has an incredible mind for knowledge. He can tell you the exact year when Zygig made it illegal to say the word “horse-fly” in front of a holy man or the mathematics necessary to construct the perfect bridge. Unfortunately, he is want often to do so in a language unsuited for human tongues and interspersed with such information is often useless ramblings and predictions of doom (which every once in a while come true). Still Taring is a well-known for his encyclopedic knowledge and often it is quicker just to ask him the answer to a question then to look up the answer at the library. Especially for the illiterate common folk.
